How do I work

What's my design delivery process?
I keep the process simple and transparent from day one. After you fill out the inquiry form, we’ll hop on a discovery call to see if we’re the right fit. If everything aligns, you’ll receive a proposal, contract, and invoice (50% upfront). Once confirmed, we kick things off with a questionnaire and a strategy call to clarify your goals. I’ll then create and share a clear strategy document before jumping into design. From there, we start with the homepage and iterate together. You’ll also get access to a client portal to track progress and stay in the loop until launch.
My mission is to make the journey as clear, collaborative, and enjoyable as possible, until final delivery.

What is the payment process for booking your services?
To officially book a project, a 50% upfront payment is required to secure your spot in my schedule. This allows me to fully commit my time and focus to your project without interruptions. The remaining 50% is paid upon final delivery, once everything is completed and you're fully satisfied with the outcome. Simple, clear, and transparent from start to finish.
What if I'm not satisfied with the designs?
Do you offer complete design services that require more than a two- or four-week sprint?
Absolutely. That’s exactly why I offer a Custom Service option. If your project requires a broader scope, more time, or specific expertise beyond a classic sprint, I’m fully open to building a tailored workflow just for you. We can discuss your needs during the discovery call and design a plan that fits the scale and complexity of your project. Flexibility and ambition go hand in hand when you work with me.
Is there a limit to what I can request?
I’m here to help bring your vision to life, not to box you in. As long as your requests stay within the agreed project scope, there’s no "hard limit" on the creativity or ideas you can bring forward. If you realize you need additional features or services along the way, we can always discuss and expand the scope together. I believe in staying flexible while keeping the project structured and goal-oriented.
